And the hits keep coming! Too bad, it was such a beautiful relationship!
First Fast and Furious, the gun running scandal that didn't have enough lives to make it through the liberal media. The Prez. and Mrs. Clinton were making the rounds explaining how the majority of the guns killing people in Mexico were coming from the U.S. And saying it with extreme confidence. Now we know where the source of their confidence was coming from. The reason so many guns from the U.S. were showing up in Mexico is because the ATF was sending them there! THATS RIGHT! Thousands of guns were bought by illegal buyers with the full knowledge of the ATF, the FFL's were told over the phone, when calling to say things like, "I've got a guy here that only speaks broken english, with cash and he wants to buy 50 AK 47's. The ATF's reply........ let him have them. If not for a few brave souls, who by the way had thier careers ruined by whistleblowing, then it would have run its course and been a main seller to ban semi automatic weapons in this country. That was the plan and it was in motion when it became public. Though it only got minimal coverage in the liberal press. When it finally came to a head, and Eric Holder was brought up on contempt charges for not releasing documents ordered by the courts, the Prez. used executive privilege to block it. For those of you not familiar with this just Google Fast and Furious, as this is a very condensed version. I left out the part about the federal agent being killed with guns from Fast and Furious. Every one involved got away scott free, it's nice to have the media on your side to distort the truth when you need it.
But alas, it was to be a short lived love affair, along comes the attack on the embassy in Benghazi. Following that, the coverup (lies told to cover asses) and fully expecting the media to hang on the administrations every word and publish it as the gospel they got a big surprise. The media didn't buy it. Uh oh. The DOJ quietly, and lets face it immorally, obtained all the phone records of the AP that they thought might not be on their side for a closer look to see who was not playing ball. Imagine the moral outrage from the friendly media when they found out that the shoe was on the other foot for a change! Is Camelot beginning to rust? It is of my opinion that through the many fronts of deception in the media the Prez. has been able to steer clear of the many sneaky, wrong doings of his administration. So where does it leave them now that the smoke and mirrors may be gone? Just goes to show you, watch who you take for a lover, because when they don't need you anymore............
So who is the bad guy here? On one hand the media minimized the Fast and Furious saga. On the other hand Benghazi blew up like one of the roadside kabooms in Iraq. What changed the dynamics of the cozy relationship? Why downplay one and not the other? I think that they are both the bad guys here and that the administration is a fickle bully, and the mainstream media is a hypocritical organization that will, without shame, perform upon command for the bully, that they helped create, and then squeal bloody murder when the bully punishes them for a poor performance. Which leads us to the next item, the IRS scandal and how this administration turns the microsope on its enemies and uses the power of the office to bully.
It seems that the IRS has been targeting, for over a year conservative groups that want a tax exempt status, like the Tea Party, sworn enemies and thorn in the side of the administration. It also seems strange that the tax exempt organization that the Prez's brother is running with his name on it was granted status in just over 30 days, other applicants have been put back over a year. I bet you can guess which ones those are. And how is this linked with Obamacare? Well, the IRS is the branch that will fund finacial assistance to the uninsured, and is at the same time responsible for penalties for the ones that fail to comply. But the really tasty part of this is that the person who was responsible for the heat being brought on certain organizations for tax status is the same person that is in charge of running the agency that implements the new Obamacare laws. Why put a person embroiled in scandal in charge of a program that was targeting conservatives with the power of the last position held? Seems to me in the land of the free and the home of the brave, that soon the average American will have to be worried about the government punishing (bullying) them for thier beliefs through tax agency power, at least if your conservative.
It's not like it didn't just happen to conservative Tea Party members, who by the way are Americans.

Vladimir Putin, Chechnya and the Boston bombings
With the Boston Marathon tragedy behind us, the leader of Russia, Vladmir Putin, has taken to the national media to score points with the world. He is with the U.S. in the global fight against terrorism. HAHAHAHAHA!
Don't you believe that pucky for a second. Russia cannot stand with the U.S. on anything, the Soviet gov. stands against everything America stands for. It would be of my opinion that Putin is trying to generate sympathy and cause the U.S. to let its guard down a little now that we have some common tragedy shared among the two countries. Don't forget Russia has been terrorized and in general had their asses kicked by Chechnya rebel forces (terrorists) for years now. Maybe Putin is hoping we will lend a hand.
But the other Soviet face supports terror organizations such as Hezb'allah. The U.S. considers Hez'ballah a terror organization as does Israel. Russia considers them a partner and ally. Russia also openly supports Iran and in the past has supported the regimes in Egypt and Libya. They have also conducted terror campaigns of thier own On March 29, 2013 the Russian Air Force conducted war game ops at night in a practised bombing of Sweden, which is a neutral country. Here's a link to the article.http://www.businessinsider.com/david-cenciotti-russia-simulated-a-massive-aerial-attack-2013-4
The European Court for Human Rights has convicted Russia of numerous counts of human rights violations for murder, kidnapping, torture and a score of other nasty things. Not accused, convicted. Here is the link.
http://en.rian.ru/russia/20130419/180737315.html So Putin is suggesting that we join forces with them to stamp out these terrorists, that have victimised our two countries. It seems strange that in the late 90's when Putin was loosing his public relations war at home over the battle with the Chechens that two bomb were set off in apartment complexes in Moscow at that most opportune time as well.
When journalist Alexander Litvineko (I hope I spelled that right!) began reporting that the bombs were actually a result of the Russian gov. planting the bombs and using it as an excuse to launch a bloody full scale retaliation against the Chechens, he was terrorised himself to the point he fled the country. He was murdered with Polonium, a radioactive isotope, which has a traceable almost DNA type quality was traced back to, you guessed it Russia. Google Alexand Litvineko and Google Polonium to see the horrible death it produces.
Putin is proud of the fact that he is a career KGB agent and has spent his entire life trying to erode what this country stands for. He believes America is a poison that needs to be eliminated, as he was trained to think from a young age and through his schooling. He is not our friend. It has also been revealed that the Kremlin had a wiretap on the two Boston bombers and overheard them talking to of all people thier mother about Jihad here and chose not to reveal it to the proper people here that could have prevented it. Here's the link http://www.foxnews.com/us/2013/04/27/russia-had-wiretap-on-boston-marathon-bombing-suspect-us-officials-say/ At the risk of being called a crazy conspiracy theorist, I'll say that I wonder if they didn't let us know so that the tragedy could be used to gain sympathy and alliance against Putin's sworn enemies. If the links to work, you can cut and paste to them.

Does this look like the police to you?
House to house search. Town on lock down. Been hearing those words a lot lately. Can't leave your home or be put under arrest. In this house to house search, what happens if you decline to have your house searched? Is this the new no knock warrant? The last time I checked it was not legal for the police to enter your house against your will without a warrant, to search for killers, or any other kind of contraband. The residents of the small town of Valley Springs California were subjected to house to house search for the killer of an 8 year old girl, stabbed to death with a knife during a home invasion. Granted this is a horrible crime that should never have happened, but should it place the entire town under lock down while the police go house to house? This is a rural area, woods, fields, barns. Did this capture the Boston Marathon bomber? No it did not. The owner of the house came outside after the police said it was ok to come out and spotted blood on his boat and investigated. Did the lock down cost the city millions of dollars? Yes it did, the whole city was put on hold while they searched house to house. And now this town. I've no doubt that is was done here because they saw it on tv in Boston. I am left to wonder if this will now be the norm. As I stated it was a horrible thing for the poor girl and her family, but a stabbing is in no way a crime of the magnitude of the Boston Marathon bombing. Maybe next time I hear of it it will be for a hit and run. Could this be considered marshall law? And will conducting a house to house catch the killer this time? If your dog senses aggression from them and begins to bark or growl, will it be shot? I'll end this post with the reason I'm putting it out there for you to see. I do not like the direction these searches are going because I think it will lead to a further erosion of our privacy and it is of my opinion that our privacy has been infringed upon enough as it is.
Ebenezer Creek
Rincon, Ga
This where my wife and I go to relax.
This place has it all, calm, beauty and if you want to pursue it danger too,
in the form of alligators and snakes.
During the day it is majestsic and beautiful,
at night it can be scary and terrifiying for the
faint of heart
.
These are actually some of the smaller cyprus trees on this waterway.
More to come in the near future, I'll also tell the true story of how over 5000 people
were left to die and ultimatly slaughtered on the shores here in the civil war.

This countries largest export is GASOLINE!
For the third straight year the USA exported more gasoline than it has imported. It is currently our largest export, yes, LARGEST export! The US exported almost 2.6 million barrels of gasoline a day.... that's almost double the rate of 2008. So where did all this extra gasoline come from? And with all this extra supply, with the US's gas consumption falling for the third straight year shouldn't our prices be falling? And why aren't prices falling?
Well the surplus can be attributed to hydraulic fracturing or "fracking" (Google it, the explanation is to long to put down here) the efforts to boost the oil supply are finally paying off. Refineries have upgraded to produce more and it's also paying off in production. But prices remain high, why? It can be summed up in a single word. Infrastructure. Or lack thereof. You can have all the supply in the world, but if you have no way to move it the energy just sits. Our pipeline structure is just not capable of handling the supply, we have infrastructure bottlenecks. Only one pipeline currently moves oil from the mid west to refineries in the northeast. So on the tanker it goes to markets where gasoline sells for higher profits anyway. Other countries that have actual growing economies need fuel to feed them, since ours doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast, our consumption is going down while theirs goes up. China and Brazil's consumption has more than tripled in the last few years. Our companies are using the new found production cost advantages (fracking) over foreign operators downstream to export record amounts of gasoline to other countries. So I guess a glutted supply with the world economy doesn't translate to lower prices here. Its a shame, it is of my opinion that our economy is stagnated in a large part due to high fuel prices. Despite American oil companies making astronomical and yes world record setting profits, instead of pumping some of that money into our country and helping improve the infrastructure and the economy and making future profits they choose to export. To quote someone whose name I don't remember "It is what it is"
Yeah, people are crazy!
His statement on the matter is that he is tired of artists bieng harrassed by the public..... the same public he courts to buy his music.... and pay to enter his concerts..... and buy his merchandise...... and watch his videos. Before his star rose and began to shine he courted the attention of the public. When he puts out new music he courts the attention of the public. Privacy was a non-issue. Wow. Don't worry Billy, the day is coming when your star doesn't shine so bright, and you'll crave the attention again, Celebrity apprentice perhaps. The public is as fickle as the day is long and they will move on the the next Billy superstar before you know it, and you'll have your peace. P.S. I'll not buy anymore of your music.

This is Luvie, our adopted daughter, she has been having problems lately digesting her food, we noticed that she was very weak and had lost weight. Got a recommendation from the local vet to use another vet that was a "bird vet" well, more like had a "corvette" payment needed to be made and basically took our money. Today we found a very competent vet who gave us a positive diagnosis, she has a bird disease that has a name so long that I could never possibly remember much less spell, he says if his diagnosis is correct, she will die from it, but with proper care she can live many more years, she has a intestine problem which doesn't allow her to get nutrients from her food. The vet gave us treatment meds and says this will make her eat more and get her nutrients from it. He says that her intestines are swollen and hat the meds will keep her alive till then.. Lets hope.
Yeah, all these pieces fit into the buttstock and it fits perfect into my drybag. Imagine this pic without the barrel and reciever and thats how it looks when done.
Here it is put together, all weather proof and ready to roll, there is another mag in the buttstock. Unlike my ar-7 that tends to click (missfire) when I expect it to go bang, it goes goes bang every time. Great gun.
Next post.... my Cockatoo problem.

What gun would you bring along in your kayak for problems or just if you see a nice juicy squirrel?
I pack a Henry 22 survival rifle, it fits into the butt stock and its supposed to float but I've decided not to take that chance, I'll upload some pics of it soon. If a problem comes along (snake of course) or if I see a juicy squirrel while parked camping for the night, yeah sometimes hotdogs and brats are just not enough. Its light and made to take the tough weather, the barrel is plastic coated and the reciever is made of rust proof alloy. This is for rain by the way, not swimming under water and coming up and destroying something like on tv! I've found it to be accurate and very dependable. More later.
